  • About Calcium Carbonate

    White solid, tasteless, odorless. There are two forms, amorphous and crystalline. The crystal type can be divided into rhombic crystal system and hexagonal crystal system, which are columnar or diamond shaped. The relative density is 2.71. 825 ~ 896.6℃ decomposition, at about 825℃ decomposition into calcium oxide and carbon dioxide. The melting point is 1339℃, and the melting point at 10.7MPa is 1289℃. Insoluble in water and alcohol. It reacts with dilute acid and releases carbon dioxide at the same time, which is an exothermic reaction. Also soluble in ammonium chloride solution.     Calcium Carbonate Powder Processing Technology

    The whole structure of the calcium carbonate mill is composed of the main machine, the analytical machine (powder separator), the pipeline device, the blower, the finished cyclone separator, the jaw crusher, the elevator, the electromagnetic vibration feeder, the electric control motor, etc. The main machine of calcium carbonate mill is composed of frame, air inlet volute, shovel knife, grinding roller, grinding ring, cover shell and motor.
     
     

    Working Principle of Calcium Carbonate Mill

    When the main machine of the calcium carbonate mill is working, the mill roller is tightly rolled on the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force, and the material is sent to the middle of the mill roller and the grinding ring by the shovel knife. The material is broken into powder under the action of grinding pressure, and then the powder is blown up under the action of the fan and passes through the analysis machine. The material that meets the fineness requirement passes through the analysis machine, and the material that fails to meet the requirement returns to the grinding chamber to continue grinding. The material is separated and collected through the cyclone separator of the analyzer. Exhaust air with industrial filter cloth isolation exhaust air into powder.
